     Robert Falsone, 94, of Marlin, entered into rest Thursday, November 24, 2005, the result of a traffic accident.

     Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Monday, Nov. 28, 2005 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marlin with Rev. Christopher Ferrer as celebrant. Rosary was recited Sunday at St. Joseph's. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.

     Robert was born July 24, 1911 in Highbank to Joe and Frances LaBabera Falsone Sr. He was a farmer, a school teacher and counselor and was a former Falls County Deputy Sheriff. He was a lifelong resident of Falls County, a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and a member of the Marlin Noon Lions Club. His wife, Cora, preceded him in death.

     Survivors include two sons, Joseph Robert Falsone and Ronald Francis Falsone, both of Austin; two daughters, Francine Falsone Hass, of Roundrock, Rose May Falsone Teague, of Conyers, GA; brother, Anthony Falsone, of Waco; sisters, Angeline Cangelosi, of Stafford, Camilla Scamardo, of Mumford, Mary Dicorte, of Waco, Benetta Wenning, of Dallas; three grandchildren Stephen Haas, of Pflugervile, Briana Cora Teague, and Payton Abby Teague, both of Conyers, GA; great-grandson, Addision Riley Haas, of Pflugerville.

     Adams Funeral in Marlin was in charge of arrangements.
